It's been 54 days and I haven't been able to find a person on the planet with a solution. I reached out to them and they gave it to me, which didn't work because the phone no longer wants a network unlock code, it wants the PUK. Enter network PUK." While researching a way to correct the problem I discovered AT&T holds the Network unlock code. I thought this was something I created so I went thru all the passcodes I knew, and the messaged changed from "Enter network unlock code" to "SIM network PIN blocked. IMEI was verified compatible, but when I put the Visible SIM in, it asked for the Network unlock code. I left Straight Talk to go to another prepaid service called Visible on the Verizon network, and take my number with me. I have an AT&T brand Samsung Galaxy S8 unlocked that I was using with the prepaid service Straight Talk on the AT&T network.
